2025 Editor's Rating

Students can now conveniently upload their assignments to Gradescope with ease. If your instructor utilizes Gradescope for assignments, you can use our mobile app to submit your work.

Upon installation and launch of the application, log in to access your Gradescope courses and assignments. To upload a submission, navigate to the “Not Submitted” tab, select the assignment, and choose to “Select File” from your device or use your iPhone’s camera to “Scan” all pages of your completed work. For templated assignments, submission is straightforward; for variable-length assignments, you can “Assign pages” indicating the location of each answer within your submission. Once submitted, your assignment will appear in the “Submitted” tab. You have the option to resubmit your assignment until the instructor's due date.

After grading and the release of grades, assignments will move to the “Graded” tab. Note that for Version 1 of the app, advanced features such as viewing feedback and submitting timed, programming, or online assignments will redirect you to our mobile website. Be on the lookout for future updates that promise enhanced functionality on our mobile app!
